Joan M. Ek, owner of Life Spectrums LLC, has long held a passion for living an integrated life that embodies the mind/body/spirit connection.

Having grown up in a small Northeastern Wisconsin community, Joan went on to study Marriage and Family Life and Psychology at University of Wisconsin-Stout, then obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from University of Wisconsin-Parkside.  She has over 25 years experience in several areas of health care.

Joan provides a safe, honest, nurturing (yet challenging!) environment for individuals and groups to explore their potential to heal and live the quality of life of their choosing.  She is happy to be of service to those ready and willing to move beyond their limiting beliefs, accept personal responsibility for their life and choices, and embrace living their life as an expression of their true nature.
